How long does it take for cards to arrive?

Printable eCards often arrive within minutes and typically arrive within 24 hours unless the order is flagged for review. If it’s past this time frame and you have yet to receive your eCard please make sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received the ecard please contact our customer support team at n@nexsp.shop.

Physical Cards usually ship within 24 – 48 hours of being placed and may take up to 7 days to arrive. You should receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Orders that qualify for tracking may be tracked by logging into your account, selecting your name in the upper right corner, and then selecting the order in “My Account”.

My card balance is not as promised, how do I get my money back?

If you are within our 30 day guarantee time frame you are covered! Please report the balance discrepancy within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can file a claim by logging into your account and asking for assistance on your order.
